Anne brought a tenant to rent my flat 11 years ago under company lease. In Sept, the company decided to move out. One month before the expiry, Anne came to the flat to take pictures of all the defects. Anne made sure all the defects were done, the house was painted and even got them to clean a second time. Knowing my flat had aged, Anne shared with me the risk of keeping the flat but she never pressurised me to sell. She continued to market the flat for rent and for sale. Finally, she got me a tenant for 2 years lease at higher rental than the previous tenant. I am please with her service and would definitely recommend her to my relatives, friends and colleagues if they want to buy, sell and rent.
